Meet Toni Bejko
Co-Owner and Director
I have spent my entire career doing one thing — helping young children feel safe, seen, and ready to learn. With 35 years of teaching experience and 21 years as a faith-based preschool director, opening Life Kids ELC is the dream I have been building toward my whole life.
My approach is simple. When a child feels loved and known, everything else follows. That is why Life Kids is small by design, Christ-centered by conviction, and built around play, purpose, and partnership with your family.

Every child grows best when they feel truly known. That's why our classrooms stay small, so teachers can meet each child exactly where they are, give them the individual attention they need, and watch them flourish.
Play is how children learn. We balance hands-on discovery with purposeful instruction, keeping every day active, creative, and full of curiosity.
Social-emotional development isn't a side note — it's the foundation. We invest in the whole child: how they feel, how they connect, and how they see themselves.
Every child is unique. Our curriculum adapts to individual needs, learning styles, and developmental stages — never a one-size-fits-all approach.
We align with Texas state early learning standards while keeping our approach warm, flexible, and child-centered.
Above all, we believe each child is created on purpose and deserves to be treated that way — spiritually, emotionally, and academically. At Life Kids, faith and learning aren't separate. They grow together.
